A : Click Register on the top-right corner of the page, fill in all the blanks. Your account will be created after the submission, but you must activate the account by clicking on the activation link in the email sent to you. You will become an Basic Member automatically after the registration.


Q : What can I do with my account?

A : After logging in, you can enter the Member area and perform a series of operations. Such as building a website and order management, etc. You can get credits or commission by participating or referring others.

A : You can upgrade your membership in the member area, there are different memberships, choose the one which is suitable for you. Any issue please contact us.

Q : How to get credits?

A : We use credit system to value members' contribution to the website, in return members can use the credits to receive traffic and other benefits. . Members will get credits by daily login, submitting blogs, referring others, etc. Members can also buy credits.

A : The credits can be used to perform marketing activity like traffic and followers, etc.



Orders& Payment


Q : What payment methods are available?

A : Currently we accept Paypal, credit cards via Paypal and bank transfer. More payment methods may be available later.


Q: What's the refund and return policy?

A: Only physical items are refundable, we offer 7-day return and refund. When return, the buyer is responsible for the freight charge to us, the goods need remain intact when arrive to us, after we receive it in good condition we will issue a refund to the buyer's kiwiguru account. Please check the product information carefully before place order, feel free to contact us if any enquiry. For downloadable and digital products like logo, software, domain, etc. refund is not available after sold.


Q : How can I manage my shipping and invoice address?

A : You can add or edit shipping address in your member area. There are 3 types of address, shipping address, invoice address and shipper address. 


Q : How do I cancel my orders before I make a payment?

A : You can cancel the orders in the Order History page in the Member area.


Q : How do I make payments when I order something?

A : System will check if you have enough money in your member account balance, if yes you can choose to pay using the balance or using Paypal. You can recharge your balance at any time. Please note there is a 7% handling charge when withdraw money from your kiwiguru account balance, and now we only support withdraw to Paypal.


Q : Can I pay using Paypal without a Paypal account?

A : Yes, it is possible. You can pay using Debit/Credit cards via Paypal.
